I had not been to a dentist for a long while and finally decided to go Dr. Feldman because I had went with a friend for her appointment and was very impressed with how personable and friendly the reception staff was. At my appointment I received the same treatment and while sitting through routine x-rays and a dental cleaning are not my cup of tea, I am happy that I chose this office. I felt that Dr. Feldman took his time and made me feel very comfortable. This is what all doctors office should aspire for.

As always, my experience with my hygienist, Erin is great. Having one's teeth cleaned is not necessarily considered something to look forward to , however, Erin is a true professional and I no longer am apprehensive of having it done. Also, Dr. Feldman and Erin address my concerns and answer my questions as to the procedures that I will be having in the near future. The office staff starting with Denise always make you feel welcome the moment you walk in and punctuality is always respected when arriving for scheduled procedures. Even though the office is located some distance from my home, the service and courtesy that I receive are the reasons why I continue coming back.

I find the practice to be efficiently run and very welcoming. It turned out that I had decay under an existing crown/onlay, so the Dr. Feldman replaced the old crown with a new one, made right in the office while I waited half an hour or so. A very positive experience.
